Either party may terminate a project or agreement in writing if the other party fails to meet its obligations. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of services provided up to that point.
8. Limitation of Liability:
Crewdes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
9. Indemnification:
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Crewdes harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our services.
10. Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services, in part or in whole, at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to clients or third parties for any such modifications.
11. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tamilnadu, India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Tamilnadu, India.
